Terms & Conditions of Sale
Please read carefully before bidding.
1. Registration
All bidders must register with proper identification. West Coast Auction Co. reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone.
2. Buyer's Premium
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of all lots. A 3% discount is available for invoices paid by Cash or Check.
3. "As-Is, Where-Is"
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Descriptions are provided in good faith but are opinions. Bidders are responsible for their own inspection.
4. Sales Tax
Florida Sales Tax (Sarasota County rate) will be charged on all purchases unless a valid 2026 Resale Certificate is on file with the office prior to payment.
5. Removal of Items
Items must be removed within 24 hours of the auction conclusion. Items left longer than 5 days may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal fees.
6. Liability
West Coast Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Bidder assumes all risks associated with previewing and removing items.
