We believe in transparency. Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most often.
A Buyer's Premium is a standard fee added to the winning bid amount. At West Coast Auction Co., our premium is 15%. However, we offer a discount! If you pay with cash or check, you receive a 3% credit, effectively lowering the premium.
Yes, all items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, without guarantees. All sales are final. We highly recommend you visit our gallery during preview hours to inspect items personally. If we know of damage, we will announce it or list it, but the final judgment is yours.
Items generally must be removed within 24 hours after the sale unless stated otherwise. We need to clear the floor for the next big event! If you have a special circumstance, please call us immediately.
We can assist with local delivery recommendations. For shipping, we recommend third-party shippers for larger items. Please contact the office for our preferred vendor list.
